Returns Policy

In the event that your product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description then a refund will be made in its original payment method or a replacement offered.

There is no refund or exchange offered where you change your mind or where you make an error with your order.

There is no refund or exchange offered on sale or food items.

Ordering

We only accept orders for shipment to Australian residential addresses & private mailboxes (PO Boxes). Overseas shipping addresses will not be accepted.

Price

Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the time of ordering. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (goods and services tax) where it applies.

Product Delivery Restrictions

We do not ship colonies or beehives in any circumstance. Queenbees, with escort bees are able to be posted. Each state has laws around the import of queenbees and bees from interstate. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to each state’s adhering laws relating to the import of queenbees and bees.

Once you place your order, we will review it and put it through for processing. If we notice any missing information or anticipate any issues, we will get in touch with you to ask further questions. Otherwise the order should be delivered within 7 working days.

WA: Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, the following products cannot be shipped to Western Australia.

Bees, Queenbees, colonies and beehives, honey (liquid & creamy), honeycomb or beeswax, cannot be sent to Western Australia.

TAS: Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, we cannot send honeycomb, beeswax, colonies, or beehives cannot be sent to Tasmania. All other products may be shipped into Tasmania. Live bees must undergo an inspection by Quarintine Tasmania.
